Zumba is a Colombian movement which aims at maintaining a healthy body and at developing, strengthening and making the body flexible through the use of dancing movements combined with aerobic routines. Its main rhythms are Latin American ones like Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia, Reggaeton and Samba.


It is very easy to follow, as there is no need to have dancing knowledge; you only need to let go listening to Latin rhythms.

Ideal for gluteus, legs, arms and abs, as through the composition of intervals and resistance, it maximizes   caloric consumption , which helps to toe the body up and to burn fat, between 600 and 800 a session.

The coach will use creativity and rhythm to motivate his students.
