
L’equip masculí de basquet 3x3 tanca la competició imposant-se a la Universidad de Sevilla en l’últim partit del campionat, que conclou amb un gran balanç de medalles per a la Universitat de València.The male team closes the competition imposing themselves to the Universidad de Sevilla in the last match of the competition, that concludes with a satisfactory balance of medals for the Universitat de Valencia.
The closure of the 2025 season of the CEU with an impressive medal display case
The participation of the Universitat de València in the CEU 2025 has been translated in a total of 54 awards, distributed between 39 individual medals and 15 collective trophies, that consolidate the institution as one of the most competitive of the Spanish university sport outlook.
In the male category, the UV has achieved two golds in swimming and adapted swimming, as well as 6 silver medals in disciplines such as weightlifting, judo, karate, tennis and a second medal in swimming. The group is completed with 9 bronzes that have been obtained in athletics, weightlifting, karate, taekwondo, paddle and many swimming trials.
As for the female representation, the Universitat de València has added two golds, one in cross country and another in tennis. Furthermore, they have accumulated 5 silvers and 14 bronzes, results standing out in disciplines such as judo, karate, fighting, swimming and equestrianism.
To these results we must add the bronze medal in the tennis mixt doubles category.
The team effort has also been recompensed in the team competitions, where the UV has specially stood out in basketball: both in the male and the female 3x3 teams, have risen to the very top of the podium. To these triumphs the silver in sailing and the bronzes in female handball and male volleyball.
The UV sports team has made of the Universitat de València a gold winner also in cross country, four silvers in karate, tennis, weightlifting and triathlon, and 5 bronzes more, that have contributed to expand a list of winners that shows the diversity and quality of their sports stencil.
The Universitat de València closes this way an exceptional, marked by the high competitive level and the collective effort of their athletes, that have left a print in one of the most relevant dates of university sport to a state level.
