The Physical Education and Sports Service of the Universitat de València opens the period for its activities and sports schools and it will open the competitions of individual and team sports next 18 September.

The Universitat organises inner competitions in different sports, team and individual, which each year establishes who are the winners to represent the Universitat de València.

-    Athletics, badminton, chess, fencing, frontenis, judo, kendo, orientation, paddle, Valencian pilota, taekwondo, tennis, table tennis, archery, triathlon and beach volleyball. 
-    Team sports: basketball, basketball 3x3, seven-a-side football, futsal, rugby sevens and volleyball. 

Activities will start on 18 September and the ones taking place in schools, 2 October. The enrolment will remain open during the whole academic year until all vacancies are full. General competitions will start at the end of October. Tennis and paddle will start on 6 November.

Students are the largest collective when it comes to sports enrolments, but SEF offers activities for all publics and particularly to collectives like PAS and PDI, Nau Gran, adapted sports and Erasmus, whose receipt was attended by the SEF last week, promoting all activities, schools and competitions, which was very successful.

Access to SEF activities is allowed to the whole university community and also for external individuals (it is necessary to have a sports card). Inner competitions can only be played by members of the Universitat de València as participants. 

All registrations will become official through the application Automatrícula (Self-registration), available in the website of the Servei d’Educació Física i Esports (www.uv.es/sef).
