
The squash team will fight for the title of champion of the Regional University Sports Championship (CADU) the next 22 March at the facilities of the TUTEMPO K7 Sports Club.
The mixed team directed by Carlos Navarro attends the regional event with more athletes in the team and more motivation to win the Championship. “In this edition we will have Marina de Juan, who after spending a year abroad with an ERASMUS grant will be the favourite challenger to the female title” comments the technician.
Also, in this academic year she will have the companion of Francisco Javier Cervera, Víctor Reguera y Roberto Miquel, who will compete for the first time in the Regional University Competition, “they aim to compete and together with Marina to conquer the gold medal in the team modality”, adds Navarro.
The competition will take place starting at 10:00 at the facilities of the TUTEMPO K7 Sports Club (Valencia) with a previous phase in a league format and after that the quarter-final will take place with the best classified athletes. The award ceremony is scheduled at 13:30.
