The Centre Quality Committee is the body responsible for planning and monitoring the Internal Quality Assurance System (SAIC), also acting as one of the channels for internal communication of the system's policy, objectives, plans, programmes, responsibilities and achievements.

Its functions are as follows:

1. To verify the Centre's SAIC planning, ensuring compliance with the general requirements of the SAIC Manual, the Quality Policy and Objectives, and the requirements set out in the relevant verification and certification guidelines.
2. To propose, review and monitor the Centre's Quality Policy and Objectives and inform the educational community.
3. To monitor the effectiveness of the procedures through their associated indicators and evidence. To this end, all procedures conclude with an evaluation and improvement-proposal process that must be reviewed annually.
4. To monitor the implementation of corrective and/or preventive actions, actions arising from the review of the system, and actions responding to suggestions, complaints and claims and, in general, all procedures.
5. To manage and encourage the implementation of the SAIC improvement proposals suggested in the procedures established within the SAIC.
6. To decide, within its remit, the frequency and duration of procedures for collecting surveys measuring stakeholder satisfaction.
7. To be informed by the Technical Quality Officer of the results of satisfaction surveys and propose criteria for considering improvement proposals that may arise from those results.
8. To supervise information and report to the educational community, generally through the Faculty Council, on the evaluation and improvement procedures carried out.
