The Student Charters are the quality insurance through which every unit of the Universitat de València makes public the services it provides, the terms for theses services, the user's rights in connection with them and their quality policies and commitments.

The Charters are, thus, a tool to improve the quality of the services and is a means to be more open to users and general public.

The secretariats of the different faculties of the Universitat are in charge of the economic and administrative management of the centres and executing the decisions of its governing body.

This Student Charter is addressed to the faculty's students in order to communicate the administrative services it provides and its commitment for them.
