As established in section 4.3 of the Management Instruction IUV 1/2022, in order to keep the basic preventive measures, it is still necessary to make an appointment in order to limit attendance at the same time.

Morning: Monday to Friday, from 9 to 14 h
As stated in the General Administrative Procedures Law 39/2015, dated October 1st, no administrative procedure can be made without a valid, official and up-to-date identification card of the interested person.
