Dr. Francisco Alonso, Director of INTRAS and member of the Sustainable Mobility Board of the Valencia City Council, attended the meeting on the participatory deliberation process on the ZBE Valencia Ordinance that was held on April 18, 2023.

In accordance with Law 7/2021 on Climate Change and Energy Transition, which requires Spanish cities with more than 50,000 inhabitants to establish urban Low Emission Zones, as well as its implementing regulations, the City Council of Valencia is working on the development of a new ordinance for the definition of a Low Emission Zone (ZBE).

This meeting, which is entitled "Mobility as a right", is aimed primarily at members of the Mobility Board who wish to contribute their views on personal mobility and universal accessibility.
