Dr. Francisco Alonso, Director of INTRAS, has attended the reception of the Juan Sebastián Elcano in Santo Domingo, on March 1, 2020 as a guest.

Between March 1 and 6, the training ship Juan Sebastián Elcano made a stop in the city of Santo Domingo within the XCII Instructional Cruise of the ship, lasting six months, and whose endowment is under the command of Commander Santiago de Colsa (in the photo)

The reception had more than 200 guests, among whom was a wide representation of the Spanish community residing in this city and members of the Dominican Navy.
