Global society has expanded its possibilities of citizen participation. The opinion status of social networks condition the action of the government. The political association of a democratic society requires to integrate pluralism, multiculturalism and anti-systematic positions, to current the conflict towards cooperation. This course expounds the role of philosophy when it comes to analyse the discourse of participation and deliberation tailored to the challenges of the new technologies.
