It is a sport for everyone, which consists on walking with the help of two specific sticks with adjustable heights.

 

There are two types of benefits from its practise:

1.- It helps to maintain a good development of almost every muscle in the body (legs, arms, back, pectorals and others)

2.- More calories are burnt when practising this sport than when regularly walking, approximately 40% more.
