MOTIVEM is a programme developed by the University of Valencia in collaboration with their Fundació Universitat-Empresa ADEIT and the management of the Office of the Vice-Rector for Lifelong Learning, Educational Transformation and Employment. Its objective is to support the faculty efforts to encourage student creativity and to organise the team ideas.

The student council, consisting of professors of the University of Valencia, supports the stimulation of this initiative.

The participation by professors and students is free of charge and counts with the financial support from the Generalitat Valenciana and the Fundació "La Caixa", via CaixaBank.
