This training action enables students of the University of Valencia to put in practice a series of competences with the objective of improving their future employability. This action is developed in 4 phases. The first one is the team registration. The second one is the development of ideas and training, in which the teams have to develop their own ideas coordinated by a MOTIVEM teacher.

The third phase consists of the ideas assessment and finalist selection by the assessor committee. The final phase offers specific training to the finalist teams that have the opportunity to participate in the MOTIVEM Awards, held at the end of June/beginning of July.
