Victoria Casañ started the session with a short introduction about herself and what she had been doing. She worked 7 years in Deloitte in the human capital area, she has a degree in psychology and currently she has been working in Grefusa for 8 years as responsible for people and internal communication.
After the short introduction, Victoria wanted to ask the students what they think about Grefusa in order to know the opinion of the students about the company and to answer any question about it, some of them commented that they did not know that it was a family company. Then, working groups were created to answer different questions that Victoria was asking them, with special emphasis on the opinion of the students about family companies and how they imagine working in one of them.
During the session, Victoria wanted to show her experience in Grefusa to show how she feels working in a family business. Victoria said that it generates a greater bond because of the way of communicating and working in the family business where the links are closer. In addition, they talked about the strategic alliances that Grefusa has made, starting European synergies with companies such as Frutorra (Portugal) and Intersnack (Germany). The values of Grefusa were also discussed:
- We are one
- We are close
- We enjoy what we do
- We show our face
- We dare
- We aspire to be the best
- We leave a positive mark
Finally, Victoria spoke about the skills that are taken into account in a job interview, among which the ability to adapt stands out. In addition, she showed a CV to give help on how to make it more attractive, what the selection process is like and how to get through it.
