Promoted in Spain by the Spanish Association of Foundations (AEF) for 9 years, the Universitat de València’s General Foundation celebrates the European Day of Foundations and Donors (#October1Europe) from September 15^th to October 1^st, taking part in the simultaneous actions being carried out by foundations from all over Europe.

Moreover, on October 1^st, Philanthropy Advocacy, a joint initiative of DAFNE (Donors and Foundations Networks in Europe) and the European Foundation Centre, organises an online event from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m. to present the publication “Comparative Highlights of Foundation Laws”, a document comparing the legal frameworks for foundations and philanthropy in 40 European countries: sign up here.
