On-site activities come back organised by l'Horta de València Chair: metropolitan territory
The last week of October and along November, the on-site activities organised by l'Horta de València Chair are back, with the title of Autumn series in the northern towns in the city of Valencia. 
The series will include different activities suitable to all audiences, such as conferences or walks through l'Horta of the northern towns of Valencia.
The first conference will take place the 28 October at 19:30 h, in the Massarrojos cinema, led by Teresa Izquierdo, Art History professor in the Universitat de València, with the title: ''Management of the Godella quarry in the gothic period''.
The Saturday 6 November, Carles Fuster, President of Riuraus al Vernissa, the recovery project of the Vernissa river, will give the conference on ''The riuraus in l'Horta, the case of the Riurau of Massarrojos''. It will take place in Riurau del Mas del Fondo in Massarrojos at 11 h.
Thursday 11 November at 19:30 h in the Benifaraig Cooperative, the conference ''Everything changes, and the landscape changes too''. ''How was l'Horta de València in the medieval times'', carried out by Ferran Esquilache, postdoctoral researcher on Medieval History in the Universitat de València.
The Saturday 13 November, a walk through l'Horta of the northern towns will take place, organised by L'Horta de València Chair.
Moreover, from the 13 November and until the 25 November, the exhibition ''L'Horta de València: history and heritage'' of the Vice-Principal of Theatre Projection and Society can be visited, consisting of 20 information boards that will be located in the Civic Centre of Carpesa. 
The 25 November, the award ceremony of the L'Horta Chair will take place in which three awards for the best studies of the Universitat de València that are about l'Horta will be given. The location of this event will be the new city hall of Casas de Bàrcena  That same day, doctor Ana Camarasa, full university professor of Geography in the UV, will give the conference: ''Flood risk in Mediterranean ravines: the case of the Carraixet''.
