Teh conference will take place on 19 October at ADEIT Foundation centre in UV and will focus on the campus transition towards sustinable region-attatched food.
The conference focus on the entire university community and other linked individuals to the university regarding food and territory. It aims to:
- Change the feeding model on the campus
- Link professors and researchers with the territory food industry
- Exchange teaching, transference and management practices between campus
The conference is born from the collaboration between the vice-Principal Office of Sustainability, Cooperation and Health Lifestyle and the CERAI organisation within the project: "Goal Sustainable Campus". It has the support of the Chair of Horta de València and SDG along with the Valencian governement.
There will be debates, workshops, posters and a picture gallery about agroecologic markets in UV. The place will be the ADEIT, Plaça de la Verge de la Pau, nº 3, València.
