SIV is a multidisciplinary research, training and transfer group of researchers from different universities. The group is focused on studying service innovation at the strategic, developmental and execution levels with a sustainable, international and technological perspective. The research covers business-to-customer (B2C) and business-to-business (B2B) relations in both public and private organisations.
