The entrepreneurship room includes training, research and scientific dissemination activities. In 2019 the developed activities were:

Training activities:

• 9th edition of the “Diploma of professional specialisation in Tributary and accounting management for cooperatives” (2019-2020 academic year), unique to the Universitat de València, online modality, that is taught through ADEIT, and that constitutes the reference training in matters of taxation, accountability and labour law and social security in Spain (+INFO). 
• Training activities in Entrepreneurship in Social economy in the districts of the Valencian province, in collaboration with the Provincial Council and the City Councils.

In the coming annualities, the realisation of university dissemination seminars of entrepreneurship of Social economy and Sustainable Companies is expected.

Workshops

• Beginning workshop of the Diploma of Tributary and accounting management for cooperatives, on 8 October, 2019, in the Graduate Hall of the Faculty of Law of the Universitat de València, which allowed to work on the labour, fiscal and accountable system of the cooperatives. 
• Intenstional workshops on Sustainability in new company and business models, with the motto “Collaborative economy as an opportunity for Social economy and Entrepreneurship", during 6, 7 and 8 November, 2019, in the Boardroom of the Dean’s Office of the Dean of the Universitat de València.

In the realisation of this workshops we try to:

• Communicate and make visible the research activity of the group in these matters, so that the presented results are useful for innovation in entrepreneurship and search of solutions for local problems.
• Expose the researchers’ experience and real cases that supply new elements in this field.

For the 2020 exercise, we expect the publication of the results of this work.

Research

Inside the framework of the collaboration with the Asociación Valenciana de empresas de inserción (AVEI), we expect the realisation of publications around relevant aspects for the promotion of these companies, centred in:

• The reservation of market for the insertion companies: a guide for their establishment by the City Councils.
• The IVA in the social companies dedicated to recycling and reselling of used goods.

Alternatively to the reports on EI, we are working in a Practical guide of the fiscal system of the senior cohousing cooperatives.

Other activities

We expect the participation of the RULESCOOP network in the congress, located in Querétaro, Mexico, on 26-28 November, in which a workshop about “Social Entrepreneurship” will be organised, and a conference about the same topic will be exposed.
