Aimed at: General managers and members from the Associations
Goal: Introducing the non-professional general managers of Associations in the most relevant issues of management of the same, on juridical, accountable, fiscal and work aspects.
Content: We take as a starting point a typical Association and develop, in a practical way, the juridical (the relations with the online office of the Administration included), accountable, fiscal and work issues. This way we explain the correct way to confront these issues by the Associations managers.
Duration: 3.5 hours
