The intensive ELE 20 course for levels A1 to B2 is aimed at students who want to continue with immersive classes 20 hours a week from Monday to Friday for 4 hours a day to make rapid progress under a communicative approach adapted to the specifications of the Common Framework of Reference for Languages.

The course has a total of 660 teaching hours with four levels: A1, A2, B1 and B2 which will give students the possibility to interact with native speakers with a sufficient level of fluency and naturalness. At the end of the course, the student will be prepared to become an advanced user of the language and will also be able to take an assessment for promotion to a C1 level of proficiency.

The course programme includes tutorials, access to the Virtual Classroom of the University of Valencia and language and culture classes outside the centre to put acquired knowledge into practice. Students are also offered a programme of social activities, taking advantage of the cultural agenda of the city and the University of Valencia.

The teaching calendar of the Centre d'Idiomes de la Universitat considers the calendar of the Universitat de València. Christmas, Fallas and Easter are considered holidays on the university campus and there will be no classes.
