This course is aimed at those interested in improving their language skills with a communicative approach that allows, on the one hand, to get to know the different grammatical structures and expand the vocabulary, and on the other hand, to develop the four communicative skills of the language: reading comprehension, listening comprehension, oral expression and interaction and written expression and interaction.

The course is designed to achieve the objectives set out in the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) for level B1 and for students to:  

● Can understand the main points of clear standard input on familiar matters regularly encountered in work, study and leisure situations.

● Can deal with most situations likely to arise whilst travelling in an area where the language is used.

● Can produce simple connected text on topics which are familiar or of personal interest.
