Free programme to quit smoking and vaping. Ready to stop and improve your health?
Universitat de València Prevention and environment service, along with the Spanish Association Against Cancer, gives you the opportunity to participate in a free programme to quit smoking and vaping, based on the model of global change in adictive conducts treatment.
Duration: 9 sessions.
Who can participate? any member of the university community (workers and students)
The group must have 8 members minimum to start and the intention is to form one group on each campus.
Modality: on-site, online and hybrid.
Start: programmed for January 2026.
Workshops will take place from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Depending on the number of people, the groups and sessions will be organised.
