The article 7 of the Enrolment regulations of the UV for Degree and Master’s degree qualifications, approved by the Governing Council of 30 May 2017 establishes that:
The ordinary dedication regime by the students is full-time.
Students that want to carry out part-time studies (minimum registration of 24 credits and maximum of 35,5), have to request for it each academic year in the established lead time, and formalise the enrolment within the career paths established by the centre responsible of the degrees.
The regime of part-time dedication will be requested for justified causes, as could be for accredited labour activity, the practice of high level sport activities, special educational needs, family responsibilities or student representation responsibilities.

Steps to follow:

A) STUDENTS OF FIRST ENROLMENT IN THE DEGREE

1º.- Carry out the self-enrolment on the corresponding date for a minimum of 36 credits, as the application will not allow fewer credits.

2º.- Apply for the part-time enrolment through the Online Office. Supporting documentation must be attached and/or explanations must be given in the "Remarks" section.  Application form deadlines:

  • Undergraduate’s Degree: from 18 July to 20 September 2023
  • Master’s Degree: from 12 July to 30 September 2023

3º.- Once the application has been granted, send an email from the University's alumni mailbox to biomatricula@uv.es, indicating the corresponding Undergraduate's or Master's degree and specifying the subjects to be removed from the enrolment.

B) STUDENTS WHO HAVE APPLIED FOR RESUMPTION OF STUDIES

The deadlines and steps to be followed are the same as in section A.

C) STUDENTS OF SECOND ENROLMENTS IN THE DEGREE

1º.- Apply for the part-time enrolment through the Online Office. Supporting documentation must be attached and/or explanations must be given in the "Remarks" section. The deadline to apply is from 3 to 17 July 2023.

2º.- Carry out the “Registration Preparation“ through the Student Portal and update, if necessary, personal, address, administrative and statistical data. In this way, at the time of self-enrolment, the application will allow students to directly access the enrolment of subjects and enrol for only between 24 and 35.5 credits.

3º. Carry out the self-registration on the corresponding date for the desired subjects.
