At the ICBiBE (Canavilles Institute of Biodiversity and Evolutionary Biology), there is a rolling stock available intended to provide support to the sampling, fieldwork, and research activities, developed by different groups within the Institute.

The rolling stock is made up of various vehicles with different traits and capabilities, adapted to meet the needs of transportation, scientific material transportation, and access to sampling sites in various settings.

These vehicles are usually used in field campaigns related to biodiversity, ecology, limnology, zoology, botany and other environmental disciplines in order to facilitate the staff, the equipment and the biological samples transportation.

The availability of a rolling stock allows to optimise the logistics of scientific activities  and guarantee a flexible response during fieldworks, sampling campaigns, and technical tasks corresponding to research projects of the ICBiBE.
