The Departament de Dret del Treball i de la Securitat Social hosts a conference today, 23rd March, titled ‘Las últimas reformas laborales y de la seguridad social’ (Latest labour and social security reforms), where the recent reforms by the Spanish Government are going to be discussed. The lectures are going to take place at the conference hall of Biblioteca de Ciències Socials ‘Gregori Maians’ and are aimed at law, labour relations, business administration and economy students.
The opening ceremony is scheduled today at 9:30. The Dean of Facultat de Dret, María Elena Olmos, and the conference’s director, Remedios Roqueta, will attend the event.
The conference is having some of the experts in labour matters at Unvirsitat de València: Tomás Sala Franco, Juan López Gandía, Eva López Terrada, Remedios Roqueta Buj, Carlos Alfonso Mellado, Josep Vicent Saragossà Saragossà and Jesús García Ortega. Tomorrow, a round table is scheduled at 12:00 (‘La reforma laboral a debate’) where representatives of Comisiones Obreras, UGT and Confederación Empresarial Valenciana (CEV) will be able to discuss.
