Multinational Mercedes-Benz has integrated the Bookitit system, a revolutionary online booking engine developed in the business environment of the Science Park of the University of Valencia, which the car company will use to improve its service at workshops. From 20 March, the German firm offers the possibility of obtaining an appointment online at any authorized Mercedes-Benz workshop in Spain, Gibraltar and Andorra.
"The system, which has been adapted to the needs of the multinational, operates through an intuitive process, facilitating the exchange of information and interaction with the user to streamline and improve workshop service and allow arranging appointments 24/7" says Jose Antonio Llopis, Bookitit manager.
The application is available for iPhone, iPad and Android devices of all kinds. The app allows you to manage appointments from mobile devices and tablets, from anywhere very easily. Its free download is already available both from the App Store and Google Play.
Developed last year, the system has been previously integrated by the likes of Nokia and Phone House, by the Consulate of Colombia in Madrid and by different entities in Spain and Latin America.
