The acceptance of online channel by customers and brand loyalty will be among the topics of the Congress.

 

This congress, held in Valencia for the first time, whose main objective is to discuss current issues affecting commercialisation companies and the retailers´ customers as well as the methodologies to research these issues. It is this research in which the University of Valencia occupies a prominent position not only in Spain, but also in Europe for its involvement in the high impact international journals and for the research project management, ranking among the top three Spanish universities in the field of research in commercial distribution as explained by the copresidents of the Congress Organiser Committee, the full university professor Alejandro Mollá, and the professor Marta Frasquet of the Department of Marketing and Market Research explain.
