Agenda UV

The Creativity and Educational Innovation of the UV has the aim of creating spaces for the interaction between the artistic competences and research work, a match which is also orientated towards the Valencian business network most vinculated with these premises, a good example of which is Imprenta Romeu. From this perspective, and from the generation of new ideas in the field of creativity, the dissemination of art and culture, and the necesssary development of the University-Business link, we propose the development of a project where artistic knowledge and support of new artists are its axis, building thus work dynamics between innovation and creativity grow academically, socially and economically.

Therefore, along the Valencian business network, the Creativity Institute leads the Roomart project as a plataform for a new generation of artists, making art take part in the social and economic field, instead of just being limited to cultural spaces like galleries and museums. The result of this collaboration and as part of the project we have organized the collective exhibition 'Alrededor del papel' (Around paper) which will count on the participation of twelve young Valencian artists: Anna Talens, Eva Mengual, Cristina Gamón, Sara H. Peñalver, Beatriz Carbonell, Irene Grau, Carlos Mondria, Xavier Alcácer, Toni Costa, Sergi Cambrils, Jesús Rivera and Antonio Linde.
