1920. After the ending of the World War I, a beautiful and elegant woman keeps trying to contact her husband, a disappeared soldier. After moving to the devastated land of war, she meets commander Dellaplane, who is responsible for a division of the French army that looks for disappeared members and identifies the casualties.
