‘A més d’Estellés’ aims to commemorate the centenary of the birth of the Valencian poet Vicent Andrés Estellés.
Known as the people’s poet, Vicent Andrés Estellés (Burjassot, 1924) was a prolific writer. His oeuvre includes the magnificent Mural del País Valencià (‘Mural of the Valencian Country’), as well as texts dedicated to everyday life on subjects such as Valencia, love, sex, death, politics, the Catalan language and many others.
The concert will also pay tribute to the writers Maria Ibars (Acadèmia Valenciana de la Llengua Writer of the Year 2024), Joan Fuster, Bernat Artola, Carmelina Sánchez-Cutillas, Xavier Casp, Maria Antònia Salvà, Maria Beneyto and Carles Cano.
