Alxarq Percussio group celebrates its tenth anniversary with the presentation in concert of Drumming by Steve Reich, a capital piece of modern minimalism of the 70s, with the collaboration of a selection of musicians from the Orquestra Filharmònica de la Universitat de València. Drumming develops in 4 parts that make up a continuous rhythmic atmosphere broken down into the atomic pulse as a cell of movement that runs throughout the entire piece, from the bongos at the first movement, the marimbas, and voices at the second, the glockenspiels and the piccolo at the third, and to finish all the instruments in the final movement.
The music will be accompanied by an interactive lighting created and synchronized live by the Labluz of the Universitat Politècnica de València.
