Synopsis: The couple formed by Melé, who sings in a bar, and her husband Chaka, unemploymed, are about to break up. The patio of the house they share with other families has become in a courtroom: spokespersons of the African civil society blame the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund for the bad things Africa suffers.
