The director askes the actress and actor to try and recreate the dialogue between Madame de la Fayette and Monsieur de la Rochefocauld about the confession of the princess of Clèves. He adds music and sound (and images and videos) to create the soundtrack of the future film, whose summary would be: Married at sixteen to the prince of Clèves (40 years old), the young princess falls in love with the duke of Nemours but, refusing to cheat on her husband, she confesses her desire to him. However, when her husband dies and she is finally free, she decides to give up on the man she loves... But why? It is still one of the biggest mysteries of the French novel.
