| Relationship Framework | In the case of collaborative projects, company-UV collaboration agreement, in accordance with art. 15 bis.2 of Royal Decree 99/2011, of January 28, which regulates official doctoral studies. |
| Location of entities | International consortium of organizations with a minimum of 3 independent entities from 3 different countries (EU or Horizon Europe associated country), with at least one established in an EU Member State. The consortium must include at least one academic entity and one non-academic entity (company or socio-economic sector organization). |
| Eligibility of entities | Higher education institutions; research institutions and structures; private sector organizations, including industries and companies; public sector organizations, such as national, regional, and local administrations, public agencies, and museums; other socio-economic actors, such as NGOs, think tanks, foundations, and non-profit entities. |
| Eligible costs | 100% funding of the following expenses: living allowance (base salary), mobility allowance and, if applicable, family, long-term leave or special needs allowances. Additionally, research, training, conference, and mobility expenses, as well as management expenses and indirect costs. |
| Duration of the grant | 4-year project and up to 3 years of predoctoral grant. |
