Awards of the I Contest of sustainable and healthy recipes of the University of Valencia

After the evaluation of the sustainable, healthy and very tasty recipes, the jury has decided to award the following prizes:

Modality A

First course: Coca de calabaza y rebollones. Alberto Almonacid Valedebenito 

Second course: Guiso de conejo y alcachofas. Sergio Cases García

Dessert: Crema de Taronja. Miranda Ferrando Mazcuñán

Modality B

Second course: Solomillo de pavo a la naranja con alcachofas gratinadas.

Sarai Cuesta Mañas

 

In Modality B, the prizes for first course and dessert are declared void.

 

The certificates will be delivered on Monday, December 16 at 1:00 p.m. @ Meeting Room Level 1 of the Rectorate Building by the Vice-Rector of Equality, Diversity and Sustainability.
