The Radiation Protection Service shall have knowledge of the radioactive material or equipment acquired by the authorised staff of the different radioactive facilities.

In the case of new equipment, the supervisor in charge has to inform the Radiation Protection Service of the equipment’s characteristics, as well as of its location before receiving it, in order to be approved.
