El pròxim 10 de març, de 12.30 h a 14.00 h, tindrà lloc la conferència “With Great Power Comes Great Responsibility: The New Role of Psychology in the Age of AI”, que se celebrarà de manera presencial al Saló d’actes de la Facultat de Psicologia, impartida per Ana Jiménez Castellanos.

Resum: This talk explores the opportunities and risks of AI for psychology in organizational contexts, with a focus on evolving professional competencies. It examines how core psychological skills are being reconfigured or challenged by intelligent technologies. Finally, it addresses the ethical responsibility that accompanies this new power, positioning psychologists as key stewards of human-centered and responsible AI.

Bio: Ana Jiménez Castellanos is Founder of MUTATIA, where she works with leaders and boards on AI strategy, governance, and organizational readiness—ensuring AI strengthens decision-making, accountability, and long-term resilience. Previously AI Sales Principal at AWS, she designed the AI Transformation & Governance Framework adopted by 15+ Fortune 500 companies. With over 20 years of experience in AI and data, and a background in Computer Science, MSc in AI, and doctoral research, she combines technical depth with a strong strategic and human lens.
