The VERIFICA programme assesses the proposals for the curriculums of the degrees designed in line with the European Higher Education Area (EHEA).
The assessment of official university degrees is regulated by:
-The Organic Law 4/2007, 12 April  which ammends the Organic Law 6/2001 , 21 December of Universities, that establishes a new structure of teachings and Spanish university degrees according to the objectives established by the construction of the EHEA.
-The Royal Decree 99/2011, which regulates the official teachings of doctoral studies in the reference context for the organisation of doctoral studies.
