Dr. María Luisa Pérez Cañado, Associate Professor at the Department of English Studies at the University of Jaén, participates in the module English Language Acquisition on April 17th, with a lecture on “20 Questions about CLIL: An updated, critical, and research-based introduction to bilingual education”.

Dr. María Luisa Pérez Cañado is Associate Professor of English and Vice-dean of the Faculty of Humanities and Education at the University of Jaén. Her research interests include Applied Linguistics, bilingual education and new technologies in language teaching. She is currently coordinating two governmentally-funded research projects on the effects of CLIL in monolingual contexts, as well as the first intercollegiate MA degree on bilingual education and CLIL.
