Hanna Skorczynska, professora titular del Departament de Lingüística Aplicada de la Universitat Politècnica de València, participa al mòdul Comunicació en àrees d'especialitzats el 12 de febrer amb una conferència sobre "Lexical Patterns in Specialized Communication: The Case of Metaphor".

Dr. Hanna Skorczynska Sznajder is Senior Lecturer in the Department of Applied Linguistics at the Polytechnic University of Valencia. Her research interests include the use of metaphor in specialist discourse, cross-cultural profesional communication, as well as genre variation in profesional contexts. She has published articles in journals such as Metaphor & Symbol, Metaphor in the Social World, Text & Talk, or English for Specific Purposes.
