José Luis García Jiménez, Health Inspector of the Department of Manises of the Generalitat Valenciana, taught the course "Legislation applicable to food operators: hygiene package".

The course dealt with the basic elements for understanding the legislation applicable to food operators and, therefore, food safety. It was a class in which the synergy between the teacher and the students was evident due to the great interest of the Master's students in the subject.

This Master's course, scheduled for the 5th of November, could not take place due to the weather phenomenon that occurred in Valencia, so the course will be held online on the 19th of November.
