The Master’s Degree in Art History and Visual Culture will officially open the 2025–26 academic year with the inaugural lecture “Escribir (desde) el museo: encuentros entre el arte y la literatura” (Writing (from) the Museum: Encounters Between Art and Literature), delivered by Miguel Ángel Hernández, professor at the University of Murcia and a renowned specialist in contemporary art theory.
The event will take place on Thursday, September 18, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. in the Palmireno Room of the Faculty of Geography and History at the University of Valencia.
With this lecture, the Master’s programme begins a new academic year by reaffirming its interdisciplinary focus and offering students a space for reflection on the connections between visual arts and literature.
