John Boynton Priestley, OM (Bradford, September 13, 1894 - Stratford-upon-Avon, 14 de agosto de 1984), known as J. B. Priestley, was a writer, playwright, presenter and British political activist. He published 27 novels, being 'The Good Companions' (1929) one of the most notorious, and numerous plays like 'An Inspector Calls'. This production incorporates theatrical and social denunciation.
