Aerobics is a form of physical exercise that combines rhythmic aerobic exercise with stretching and strength training routines. This training system brings physical cardiologic, respiratory, musculoskeletal and metabolic benefits. It has also psychological benefits: Stress reduction (due to the relief from your daily routine and the release of energy). The sense of well-being improves your sleeping, and thus, the agility and the mood are strengthened. It helps us to improve our concentration, coordination and our different psycho-motive qualities such as perception, motor memory or flexibility.
