Aerobics is an activity which combines fun with easy-to-follow high-impacts and low-impact movements, accompanied by music. This training system brings     physical  cardiologic benefits, respiratory, musculoskeletal and metabolic . It also has psychological benefits: Stress reduction (thanks to the disconnection of our daily routine and the release of energy).
The sense of well-being augments a higher efficacy of sleep, and thus,the agility and the mood are strengthened.
It help us improve our concentration, coordination and our different psycho motive qualities such as perception, motor memory or flexibility.
