On Wednesday, 15 July, at 11:15 a.m., Professor Russell Cropanzano, from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado Boulder, will give a lecture as part of the IDOCAL Distinguished Scholar Week 2026.
Entitled “Organizational Justice in a Digital World: Theoretical Challenges and Future Directions,” the seminar will explore how organizational justice is evolving in a context shaped by artificial intelligence, hybrid work, and changing employment relationships.
The session, which will be delivered in Spanish, will take place in room M-400, on the fourth floor of the Facultat de Psicologia i Logopèdia. An excellent opportunity to learn from a leading international scholar in the field of organizational behavior.
