The Centre Quality Committee is the body that carries out the tasks of planning and monitoring the IQAS (Internal Quality Assurance System), also serving as one of the internal communication vehicles for the policy, objectives, plans, programs, responsibilities, and achievements of this system.
Quality Committee: Composition
- To verify the planning of the Centre's IQAS (Internal Quality Assurance System), ensuring compliance with the general requirements of the IQAS Manual, the Quality Policy and Objectives, and the requirements outlined in the corresponding verification and certification guides.
- To propose, review, and monitor the Centre's Quality Policy and Objectives and report to the educational community.
- To monitor the effectiveness of the procedures through the indicators and evidence associated with them.
- To this end, all procedures conclude with an evaluation process and improvement proposals that must be reviewed annually.
- To control the execution of corrective and/or preventive actions and actions derived from the system review. And, in general, of all procedures.
- To manage and motivate the implementation of IQAS improvement proposals suggested in the procedures outlined within the IQAS.
- To decide the periodicity and duration, within its scope of competence, of the procedures for collecting satisfaction surveys from stakeholders.
- It is informed by the Technical Quality Manager of the results of the satisfaction surveys and proposes criteria for considering the improvement proposals that may arise from these results.
- To supervise the information and be accountable to the educational community, generally the Centre Board, for the evaluation and improvement procedures that have been carried out.
