The Center Board is the maximum body for representation, decision-making, and control of the Center. Its functions are listed in Article 6 of the Center's Internal Regulations.

Functions:

a) Electing the dean.

b) Proposing the internal regulations of the centre to the Governing Council.

c) Formulating a motion of censure against the dean, the approval of which shall imply their removal from office.

d) Electing and, where applicable, revoking the centre's representatives in the Universitat’s governing bodies.

e) Formulating proposals for budget preparation and approving the distribution of the centre's budgetary allocation.

f) Issuing a report on the proposed curriculum (study plans).

g) Proposing the implementation of new qualifications (degree programs).

h) Proposing the creation of proprietary degrees and diplomas of the Universitat de València.

i) Preparing the proposal for space allocation.

j) Creating and approving the composition of the qualification (degree program) academic committees and all committees deemed necessary for the fulfillment of its functions.

k) Formulating requests for the personnel necessary to fulfill the centre's functions.

l) Approving the proposals for the organization of the academic year prepared by the corresponding qualification academic committees, which shall be submitted to the Governing Council.

m) Approving the annual activity report, to be submitted to the Rectorate, in order to facilitate its evaluation.

n) Resolving conflicts that may arise in the centre.

o) Proposing the granting of awards and honors.

p) All those reserved to it by these Statutes and current legislation.
