Dessicated total genomic DNA obtained from a CECT reference strain. The CECT has a genomic DNA bank from several bacterial strains through the participation in the EMbaRC project.

A total of 5 μg of high molecular weight DNA is supplied, which may be used for PCR amplification techniques or other molecular biology applications. Before use, it is recomended to dilute using ultrapure or TE-buffer, followed by an incubation for 15 minutes at room temperature, and mixing by inversion for 1 min. Store diluted DNA at 2-6 ° C
