The 1st Science Communication Award to promote public dissemination of research has been announced
The University of Valencia (UV) and the science communication platform The Conversation have announced the 1st Science Communication Award with the aim of promoting, acknowledging and boosting the public dissemination of research carried out at the UV. It is open to individuals who have defended or submitted their doctoral thesis at the University between 1 September 2024 and 30 April 2025. The period for submission of articles will begin on 19 June 2025 and will end on 25 June 2025 (included).

Convocada la cinquena edició del concurs «#HiloTesis: tu tesis doctoral en redes sociales»
La Conferència de Rectors i Rectores de les Universitats Espanyoles (CRUE), en col·laboració amb la Xarxa de Divulgació i Cultura Científica (RedDivulga) de la sectorial CRUE-R+D+I i la Fundación Ignacio Larramendi, llança la cinquena edició del concurs «#HiloTesis: tu tesis doctoral en redes sociales». La finalitat d’aquesta iniciativa, en la qual pot participar personal investigador de la Universitat de València, és fomentar la divulgació científica i el desenvolupament d’habilitats de comunicació per a futurs científics i científiques. El concurs es desenvoluparà des de les 0 hores del 3 de juny de 2025 fins a les 23.59 hores del 17 de juny (hora peninsular).
